CR39 ANTI SPATTER LENSES (4 1/4″ x 3 1/4″)
CR39 anti-spatter clear lenses provide additional protection to the shaded lenses worn by welders. The clear lenses are made from a high-quality plastic material called ADC or CR39. It is lightweight, durable, and highly resistant to impact. This makes them an excellent choice for safety lenses that can withstand the rigours of welding and other industrial applications.
The makers typically fit the clear lenses in front of the shaded lenses. This forms a two-layer system that offers superior protection against weld spatter, sparks, and other debris. As these can cause damage to the eyes. The clear lenses act as a shield, blocking spatter and other debris from reaching the shaded lenses and preventing them from becoming scratched or damaged.
In addition to protecting the shaded lenses, CR39 anti-spatter clear lenses also provide a clear, unobstructed view of the work area. This is essential for accurate and precise welding.
