MULTI STAGE 2G OXYGEN GAS REGULATOR
Oxygen multi stage gas regulator with two 50mm gauges and a 10 bar outlet pressure. It is a type of gas regulator that regulates the flow and pressure of oxygen gas from a high-pressure source, such as an oxygen tank, to a lower, more manageable level for use in various applications.
The “multi-stage” part of the name refers to the fact that the regulator has multiple pressure-reducing stages, typically two stages, which means that the high-pressure gas flows through two valves to reduce the pressure to the desired level. The advantage of having multiple stages is that it provides more precise and stable control of the gas pressure, which can be important in applications that require highly precise and consistent gas flow rates.
The “2G” part of the name refers to the type of inlet and outlet connections used on the regulator. The “G” stands for “German,”. Europe and other parts of the world commonly use 2G connections. In the United States, regulators typically use a different type of connection, known as CGA connections.
Multi stage gas regulators are used in applications where a consistent outlet pressure is required. When the pressure has been set it will remain constant until the gas cylinder is empty.
