Binzel style M8 heavy duty MIG welding contact tips  various sizes available dependant on the mig wire diameter  you are using.

Industries manufacture these Heavy Duty M8 contact tips from Cu Cr Zr copper. We can fit any Binzel style torch including the popular MB25, MB 36 and MB 501 torches with the relevant tip adaptor.
CuCrZr copper tips are harder wearing and have better heat resistance than E-Cu copper.

Considered by many as the industry standard of MIG torch, the Binzel (BZL) style allows the user to easily source consumable parts ensuring an economical service of the torch.

It’s important to have the right size MIG torch contact tip.  The electricity is conducted onto the MIG wire where there is the contact tip.  The wire must be in contact with the tip to ensure a reliable current flows onto the wire.  Over time, with the MIG wire passing through the tip, the hole in which the wire passes gets eroded.  Therefore, the contact tip is a wear part and we should change it periodically.
