ANM Cutting Nozzles
We precision-machine and hand-finish cutting nozzles to ensure a positive seat. We swage the orifices to minimize gas turbulence and slag accumulation, while designing the nozzle for excellent gas-mixing to achieve fast pre-heating. Our nozzle surface is smoother, which reflects heat and reduces splatter accumulation. We inspect and flame-test every nozzle at the point of manufacture. You can dress the nozzle faces using a fine file and clean the orifices using the appropriate nozzle cleaner. Sharp, square edges on the orifices heavily influence flame shape and nozzle performance. Avoid bell-mouthing them by using pieces of wire to clean them.

The ANM range of gas cutting nozzles are available in various sizes depending on the thickness of steel you are cutting, These ANM nozzles are a solid 1 piece nozzle which are used with oxygen and acetylene gases. Also known as Acetylene Nozzle Mix they have 3 machined seating faces and will fit most cutting torches on the market.
Common torches that use this nozzle are the Esab or Murex type 3, 4, 5, or 6 shanks with a cutting attachment, or the NM range of cutters such as Murex NM 250 or 400.
