MIG CONTACT TIP 1.0MM

Replacement or spare 1.0mm contact tips for the popular MB25 Binzel type MIG torch (M6 thread).

Considered by many as the industry standard for MIG torch, the Binzel (BZL) style allows the user to easily source consumable parts ensuring an economical service of the torch.(MIG CONTACT TIP 1.0MM)

The M6 Mig Contact Tip 1.0mm is a premium quality accessory for MIG welding torches that provides a precise and efficient welding experience. It fits snugly into the torch’s nozzle. You can easily install this contact tip. It provides a stable electrical connection for optimal welding performance. Its 1.0mm size is ideal for welding thicker materials and provides greater control and accuracy in welding.

Contact Tips in a range of popular sizes and diameters to suit our Euro and LX MIG torch range. Industry-standard BZL compatible design in thread versions:

  • M6 180A
  • M6 250/360A
  • M8 400A.

It’s important to have the right size MIG torch contact tip. The contact tip conducts electricity onto the MIG wire, providing a stable electrical connection for optimal welding performance. The wire must be in contact with the tip to ensure a reliable current flows onto the wire.  Passage of the MIG wire through the tip can erode the hole in which the wire passes through over time. Welders should periodically change the contact tip.
