Lincoln Electric DC-1000 Submerged Arc Welder
The Lincoln Electric DC-1000 is a high performance submerged arc welding power source designed for demanding industrial applications. Delivering up to 815 amps of constant current and constant voltage welding output, it is ideal for construction, shipbuilding, heavy fabrication and automated welding environments.
Built for reliability, the DC-1000 features robust internal components designed to operate at lower temperatures, helping extend service life even in harsh production environments. Its simple one knob process selection allows operators to quickly switch between welding processes while maintaining maximum productivity.
Compatible with a wide range of 3 phase input voltages, the DC-1000 offers excellent flexibility for industrial facilities worldwide. It supports both traditional 115V and 42V analogue wire feeders as well as advanced digital ArcLink control systems for enhanced automation and control.
