PNM Cutting Nozzles – General purpose Propane cutting nozzle for use with NM Cutting Torches and Type 5 Cutting Attachments

Designed with the Brass Inner Set back within the Copper Outer to Enhance Flame Stability

We precision-machine and hand-finish our cutting nozzles to ensure a positive seat. We swage the orifices to minimise gas turbulence and slag accumulation, and our nozzle design facilitates excellent gas-mixing for fast pre-heating. The smoother nozzle surface reflects heat and reduces splatter accumulation. We inspect and flame-test every nozzle at the point of manufacture. You can dress the nozzle faces using a fine file and clean the orifices using the appropriate nozzle cleaner. Orifice sharpness and square edges are critical for flame shape and nozzle performance. Never use pieces of wire to bell-mouth PNM Cutting Nozzles.

The PNM range of gas cutting nozzles are available in various sizes depending on the thickness of steel you are cutting, These PNM nozzles are a 2 piece nozzle which are used with oxygen and propane gases. Also known as Propane Nozzle Mix they have 3 machined seating faces and will fit most cutting torches on the market.
